Our amazing volunteers pulled off an exceptional sleeper replacement operation today. With the help of Jeff Hislop Contractor we replaced. Packed. And re-screwed over 100 sleepers today. This is a great project to improve the resilience of the 12.8 kilometer railway.
It was a full on day for everyone involved. The result has been fantastic. Over the next couple of weeks we will make minor adjustments to alignment to make this section of track. Shipshape and straight as a die.
